How to Take a Screenshot with Apple Pencil
I used the Apple Pencil for a recent project and found that I enjoyed sketching freehand and wanted to have some screenshots of my work. Surprisingly, you can take quick snapshots with your Pencil!
All it takes is swiping from one bottom corner towards the middle on either edge of the screen. The screenshot editing tools should appear, enabling you to take a quick screenshot without flinging your Pencil across the room.

There are many purposes why you might want to share your screenshots. Screenshots can communicate a lot of information in one image, so they're beneficial to share with friends and relatives. Once you have that screenshot, there are many ways to share it on social media, text messages, or AirDrop. Here's how:
- When you want to share a screenshot on your iPad, first tap the screenshot and tap the Share Button. Share your favorite moments with friends by uploading them onto one of these platforms in just seconds.
- Next, choose the social network you'd like to share your photos onto — Facebook, Twitter, or Flickr. Or share them with friends via AirDrop for Apple Device users who have their Wi-Fi and Bluetooth switched on!
